We have just checked with the provider of this service and they have advised that you can use the same account on multiple devices (and therefore the same voucher), but you can only use one device at a time. You must sign out of one device, wait a few minutes, and then can log on to wifi mundo on the other device. I hope this helps.

Hello, i would like to know if it’s possibile to use the same wifi voucher with different devices (ex iPhone and iPad) or if it’s necessary to have a voucher for each device. Thank you

As owners for the past 20 yrs ( June 2012) we visited in November to see what was going on at Oasis Lanz , as we knew Grand holidays had taken over ownership . We were so delighted with the changes taking place, the bar ( which we had watched since it was built ,and looked upon as a white elephant ) was alive and looked inviting , we watched it grow in front of our eyes !
It was at last alve ! People using it during the day , and in the evening , with fabulous entertainment ! Well done Grand Holidays !
At last we can see someone taking ownership of the resort , the Sales staff were fantastic , answering all our questions , giving us a future to look forward to in our ‘ second home in the sun ‘ which we purchased all those years ago ! well done .

I have a form that indicates that I paid my maintenance fees in 2011 for my Unit. When is my next payment due? Is the payment for 2012? I want to be able to deposit the week with II. Hope to hear from you ASAP. Thanks. Please send me (email) an invoice if I owe a payment.

I have just returned from a meeting in the UK with other members of the Support Group and as part of that I provided a detailed response to the many questions that have been raised. I understand that a copy is being sent to each member and you should receive this soon. As far as the Points system is concerned, this is only one of a number of products that we offer our members.
